Nature

Nature speaks, and little hear
You have to pay attention
Only those with listening ears
Can hear what she will mention
You will hear of stress, her pain
Those who tear her down
Her tears fall down on us, as rain
Someday we will drown.
We keep digging ourselves closer
To her growing heart
As she continues getting older
We’re tearing her apart.
We all are missing the wonder
Of the gifts she gives
Yet her treasure, we just plunder
Even as we die, she lives
She will continue on and on
If we will just stop here
We have to quit, before she’s gone

She must not disappear.
